1. PROKENNEX Pro Flight – Editors Choice
I have been playing pickleball for quite a while and have tried different paddles in search of one that is best for my tennis elbow. When I switched to the PROKENNEX Pro Flight, the pace and feel of my game changed. This is why it’s on the top.
This paddle is truly a game-changer for those struggling with tennis elbow. I play the game frequently and would struggle with elbow pain. The pain in my elbow was constant no matter which paddle I used. Then I tried the PROKENNEX Pro Flight.
After Using it, I noticed a significant decrease in pain. The pain was almost gone after several more sessions, even after long plays. What amazed me the most was how lightweight this paddle felt. A lighter paddle Usually transfers more shock, but it is quite the opposite with the Pro Flight.
When I switch back to my old paddle for a game, I can feel the difference in weight and vibration. This paddle makes it much easier to position forehands and backhands quickly at the kitchen line without tiring my arm out.
The control the Pro Flight provides helps me place balls precisely. I have improved my placement for dinks and improved my game overall.
While the weight was less, I did not have to compromise on power. My Hard drives and volleys still have good speed to them. Some other lightweight paddles I have tried lacked the pop, but not this one.
It has been weeks since I started using the Pro Flight, and my elbow pain is almost gone now, even after intensive doubles play sessions.
Three of my teammates were so impressed that they switched to the same paddle after trying it. This paddle is worth its price if you suffer from tennis elbow like mine.

2. Selkirk Amped Epic – Selkirk Paddle Good For Tennis Elbow
The Second on our list is the Amped Epic. Choosing which Paddle is the best Between Pro Flight and Amped Epic was Difficult. But then, After trying different paddle options recommended for tennis elbow, we chose Selkirk Amped Epic to be the second-best Paddle for players suffering from tennis elbow.
A friend playing competitively for over 3 seasons has been using the Epic paddle. He suggested I try his Epic paddle during our practice sessions.
I was immediately impressed with how comfortable it felt in my hands. It is lightweight, making it easy to maneuver during rallies, and has a thicker face.
During our two-hour practice, I noticed a significant reduction in the tennis elbow pain I usually experience after 30 minutes of playing.
My arm felt much better even after an intense practice session. My shots also have more authority due to the larger sweet spot on this paddle. I could generate decent power without putting too much strain on my arm.
I was using my friend’s paddle, but then I decided to take the chance and invest in my own Epic paddle. I have been using it for over 2 months in my twice-a-week gameplay, and it has been amazing.
My tennis elbow discomfort has been reduced by at least 80% compared to when I used paddles not designed for tennis elbow pain. The thicker face absorbs more vibration and impact from slamming balls during rallies.
This paddle’s larger sweet spot and head size make it very forgiving. Even shots slightly off the center produce decent power and spin. Serve, receives, and dinks that would have died with my previous paddle are now manageable with some spin or pace.
Its softer feel and smoother sound produced on impact adds to the enjoyment of my game. While the Epic may not have the sharp power of some graphite-faced paddles, its ample sweet spot and comfort make up for it.
For Advanced players, the Amped may not be the best choice; that’s why it is second on our list. They may prefer something with more power, but the Epic paddle is a great option for anyone struggling with tennis elbow like me and who isn’t an advanced player.
The quality and durability of Selkirk paddles are also unmatched in this price range. After a heavy 2 months of use, my Epic paddle shows very little signs of wear and tear.

3. JOOLA Vision
This third on my list is the JOOLA Vision. When I first tried it, I was impressed by how lightweight it was. Being one of the lightest paddles in Joola’s lineup, it provided much-needed relief to my elbow.
I noticed a difference right away regarding less vibration and impact on my arm compared to the heavier paddles I used before.
What surprised me the most was how well it performed despite being so light. I didn’t have to sacrifice much power and could still hit hard when needed. I have significantly improved my touch and control near the net.
It helped improve my game at the net with its amazing feel. There has been an improvement in my drop shots and my third shots. I’ve been using it for quite some time with no issues, and I can play longer, too.
While I lost some power compared to heavier paddles, the added control and touch more than compensate for it.
The longer handle also provides better leverage and feel. Executing spin in shots has become effortless due to Vision’s grip design. My Overhead smashes require less effort, but they still pack enough power when needed.
Would highly recommend it for tennis elbow or anyone looking for an all-around paddle.

4. Bantam EX-L Pro
The Fourth on our list today is the Bantam EX-L Pro. The lightweight design of the Bantam EX-L Pro is very comfortable to play with. It is lightweight compared to other paddles but does not comprise power. The slimmer handle also provides a better grip and feels natural.
Coming from a tennis background, I like paddles with thinner handles, which help me generate power and spin easily. The 16-inch length of the handle on the Bantam EX-L Pro is ideal for me.
Although my friends say the paddle length is a half-inch shorter, the shorter length has significantly improved my control. I can place the balls in the kitchen using this paddle.
The sweet spot on this paddle is huge. Most of the shots I hit seem to come off the sweet spot, providing me with consistent power and feel.
This frees me to concentrate more on the game than finding the perfect strike point. It effortlessly absorbs the pace from my opponent’s drives without putting any strain.
The grip size of the Bantam EX-L pro matches my hands perfectly. I have tried wrappings, but the original grip thickness is very comfortable.
The textured grip gives me a very secure and comfortable hold while playing. This allows me to swing freely without worrying about slipping.
I was concerned that lighter weight might affect my shots, but that has not been the case. I feel more control and ease on the ball.
My shots seem to have better placement and accuracy. I am hitting angled drives and drops with consistency. It has improved my game significantly with a few uses of the paddle.
Since switching to Paddletek Bantam EX-L Pro, I have not felt discomfort or pain in my elbow, even after doubling my weekly practice time.
The lightweight and shock-absorbing materials have been kinder to my elbow.
I would highly recommend that other senior players or those with tennis elbows try this paddle.

5. ONIX Graphite Z5
Recently Got Hands with the Onix Graphite Z5. Used it for 2 weeks and was impressed a lot by its features.
At 7.5 ounces, This paddle is lightweight and helps reduce arm fatigue. I was able to generate decent power with it despite its weight. The graphite construction makes it very durable, but the tape comes off from the neck in extreme weather conditions after continuous usage for a long time.
The best thing I like about Z5 is its large sweet spot. Even slight mishits are going over the net, improving my game consistency. I find putting spins on the balls easier than my previous paddle. It has a very crisp response on shots hit in the sweet spot, which adds a lot of fun to playing.
The grip size fits my hand perfectly. However, some people may not like its narrow grip, but adding an overgrip will solve this issue. The grip feels comfortable even after long play sessions. Performance-wise, Z5 is balanced between power and control. I can hit deep drives and dinks and drops quite easily.
My game has improved after switching to this paddle; I can now control shots better and add more variations.
Although some say it lacks power compared to heavier paddles, its power is enough, considering my level.

6. Phoenix Genesis Pro
The 6 on our list for tennis elbow issues is the Phoenix Genesis Pro. At 7.8 ounces, it isn’t the lightest, but it certainly isn’t heavy either. I found it to have a nice weight that allows for good swing speed without stressing my elbow.
The thin grip feels comfortable in my hand. At 4 inches, it is narrow enough not to strain my wrist or elbow during play. Some other paddles I tried felt too bulky in my grip. This one feels nice and ergonomic.
I was impressed with the power and pop I got from the Genesis Pro. It allowed me to add more power to my shots without overwhelming my elbow.
Yet it also gave me great control for dinking and placing the ball, which is important because of my elbow issue. Hitting with this paddle feels easy and natural.
The power, feel, and ergonomic design make it comfortable to play round after round. I highly recommend this one for players looking for power without strain on their elbow.

7. Kasaca Pickleball Paddle
The last paddle on our list for today for players suffering from tennis elbow is the Kasaca Pickleball Paddle.
The carbon fiber frameless design helped reduce the elbow soreness I was experiencing with my previous paddle.
The sweet spot on the Kasaca extends further to the edges, allowing me to get the ball back comfortably without putting too much stress on my elbow.
Being frameless took some getting used to, but now, with this paddle, I have more control over my shots and can add nice spin without worrying about hitting the edges.
It’s lightweight and well-balanced, which helps me swing freely without extra pressure on the joint.
The carbon fiber construction makes it durable while keeping weight low. I’ve been using it for over a month with no problems, unlike other paddles that start showing problems within weeks.
